1. Email to a Supplier Requesting an Invoice Correction
Instructions:
Write an email to a supplier requesting a correction on an invoice.
Explain what is wrong with the invoice (e.g., incorrect amount, wrong product listed).
Politely ask for a revised invoice.
Write at least 100 words and use formal language.
Example:
Subject: Request for Invoice Correction – Invoice #54321
Dear Mr. Brown,
I hope you are well. I am writing to request a correction to invoice #54321, which we received on September 10th. The invoice lists 500 units of office chairs, but we only ordered 400 units. Could you please check the order details and issue a revised invoice?
We appreciate your assistance with this matter and look forward to receiving the updated invoice as soon as possible.
